Dealing extensively with VAT Returns and Accounts Preparation and is able to deliver a client orientated service and tailor his skills to different types of businesses. Alex is now assisting in new client engagements and preparing Tax Returns.

Marianne Johnson has been with the practice since 2007 and has managed the Practice since 2014. She is a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser and also a qualified Solicitor who, in addition, runs her own successful Legal Practice. She has 17+ years accountancy and taxation experience in owner-managed business issues, property taxation along with business and personal taxation. Marianne enjoys the interaction with her Clients and helping them to grow their businesses and advise them on the best ways to do this. She believes that maintaining a personal relationship with Clients is important to both the Client, their business and to Greenhalgh Johnson Ltd.

Victoria is Office Manager and joined the firm in 2010 taking the family business into their third generation. Her main areas of expertise are Payroll and CIS. However, Victoria’s wide range of responsibilities include VAT Returns, Accounts Preparation, Secretarial and Administrative duties. Being Office Manager, Victoria ensures the day to day running of the firm is efficient, and client relationships remain professional.

I am a Chartered Tax Advisor (OMB) and ACCA. I have 9+ years of experience in owner-managed business taxation issues, company reorganisations, property taxation, and succession planning.

I also work with private clients on bespoke tax planning strategies for trusts, residence status, and non-residents.

I aim to fulfil my professional duties towards my clients and keep them satisfied, my utmost priority. I believe in establishing and maintaining businesses and personal relationships as the key to mutual growth.

A qualified chartered management accountant with over 30 years’ experience working in industry and accountancy practise. Currently DNS group operations director overseeing and supporting over 40 offices across the UK.
